Taxi from waterfront 2 nagoya cost u 25k-30k normally. But if u know how to, negotiate down to 15k.
Well yea, there's 3 ferry terminals in Batam. But just head to harboubay, if not batam centre. I prefer the harbourbay one. Just own preference bro.
