normally for tips, i dont negotiate. i just offer 200,000 VND all the time. i asked my local frens and they give btw 100 to 200K. it is with the foreigners that they try to push their luck. if all brrudders heading to hcmc keeps to the 100 to 200K mark, then we will make a a trend that all sillypore brudders pay standard tips....no need negotiate liao.
