I am a local Taiwanese. Having myself spent 8 years of my life in Singapore, I want to share my lobangs with my 'Singaporean brothers'!!
What's happening here in Taipei is that for top quality MM, most of them work under an agent for safety reason. This what we so call 'agent' does not have a permanent number in most cases, unless you are a regular or someone he/she knows, then the permanent number would be given. Anyone pulling you off the street offering lobangs, there are cases that these guys are policemen. The numbers you find on local English papers, some of the MMs are Mainland Chinese. Not that I am against them or anything, if you are in Taiwan, you have to try locals, yah???
There are a few established contacts I have here that offer top quality MMs. I am acting as a middle person for many foreigners in Taiwan. Damages range from 3.5k to $$$$$$....you name it....100% locals. All have to do is to let me know the address and room number of your hotel and we can start from there!
