The new place iin terms of size is almost 4 times that of the old location. considering that the crowd there is mostly foreignors, the prices are abit on the high side.
Charging for girls started from the KTVs where you have to buy "hour" for the girl to sit with you. and now it seems that the idea has caught up with quite a few places here.
Some will charge by the hour, and some will you a flat fee per head count. Times are changing......
