iF it is.....prepaid card can still be traced depending on the mobile no...as nowadays even prepaid sim card needs to be registered with ic.
Unless he terminate the hp no and still can be check with service provider if the no is still valid..!
This kind of skipper is experience and i believe he has done it many times in HC...FL but of course not GL scene ...he's a smart ass!
You can throw a trap to lure him out to scene and see if the gal can still remember his face....!
Freelance wl busniness must be accomanied by OKT around the scene will be better ..if any joker runs aways ...the wl will inform and give that skipper a chase .....!Guess FL okt is not experience enough ....!just my 2 cents worth!
