Just sharing my experience.. My HCM friend took to this roundabout (walked about 7mins from the airport, passed by the carpark). Then from there, we flagged a taxi, took VinaSun I think. She said this way is better, any method introduced by Carrot is to walk up to the Departure Hall and flag those taxis that just drop off customers.
