1) C3call is from SG to HCM or HCM to SG? Rates?
2) How does Pfingo work? I tried to source the website given but cant really understand.
3) If there is internet access already in the hse, shouldn't you use Yahoo or MSN to voice-call? Hmm it doesn't cost anything.
