First time to HCM. Based on my friend's contact, went to 3 different places in 3 days.

Day 1 - My friend speak a bit of vietnamese, tell taxi driver (do not know what he is talking) to Ngo Van Nam road. A few talking joints catered mainly for Jap and Koreans. Nice environment, talk cock but do not have any extra. Probably must date them out, become gf or something. spent US$100 for 2 person.

Day 2 - Walked around based on my friend recommendation. Went to New World Hotel (next to it is Catwalk). High class ktv, bar joint. Catered mainly to Taiwanese and mainland China pple. KTV style but 2 separate bar area (noisy and non-noisy). Prefer non-noisy area. Did not call girl to talk but sit around to look at scene. Expensive, one person should cost US$50-60 for talking.

Left after a while and went to local pub, seventeen salon. Most locals and nothing much except quite a good live band. A local girl was sitting with his boyfriend and one more girlfriend. Came to cheers me and talked to me and introduce her gf to me. Worked in KPMG, speak excellent english and graduated from Canada. Quite presentable but not my cup of tea.

Day 3 - walked around my hotel area and found a casino (Casino Royale). Reception told me also have KTV and bar area. Opened by same boss of Catwalk (HKG man). I walked up and a Singapore manager entertain me. Finally found homeland and feel at home. Same style. Open KTV and rooms as well and lounge area. Stay in lounge area, listen to live music. Since last night, call one girl talk cock. Expensive ard US$55.

All places closed at 12am midnight.
