When a reputation score of 100 is reached, reputation power becomes 1
1 point of reputation power is gained every YEAR (Jul 2019 - Jul 2024 = 5 rep power) (1+5=6 rep power)
One reputation power is awarded for every 3000 rep points
2 up per 24 hour ( if you had zero power , do not up others point )
