A few on-duty WLs can just gather together to eat snacks or prepare dinner while waiting for bookings. Need not really strictly sit nicely at the sofa. 2045, have even seen WLs sleeping in their PJs at the waiting area. When everyone sort of view each other competitors, just make it more worse =
Body & mind: Getting fucked on a hourly basis everday is still a tall order mentally for ladies. When they do their occasional video calls with their parents, still have to lie that all is well and earning good money from a decent job. Who dares to tell their mother on the Wechat video call that her precious daughter is a sex worker getting penetrated and doing BJs everyday.
Getting a 60% cut from the 200$ may seem very good when multiply by 20+ days each month. By once you deduct from their debt repayment, support their family income (who knows how bad some family needs are) and hiding the truth everyday along fears of getting infected or even further humiliated by crazy customers, this job might not be that great after all. Getting fat cash tips or long sessions bookings by big spenders just to chit-chat probably helps to ease the mental load abit.

Well, it depends on the culture of individual house. Some houses, the OKT very strict, some very petty, some too relax, so for the WLs, it is their fate which house they go to.
some houses the WL have to do "shop chores", even during their period.
some houses if the WL is on MC, she cannot go out, while some can go out.
we cannot say which house is good or bad, the OKT has their reasons for doing what they do. If the OKT is bad, words will spread and I doubt good new WLs will want to go there, even if the business is good.
