That's the way dude.... if I am unfamiliar with a ML's condo, I would go down to the location a bit earlier too. This will give me time to look for convenient parking, and as important, to walk around to locate the condo's entrance - so I know where to immediately go when the ML activates me and not be lost and stupidly looking at my phone at her instructions. It's also to see if there are security guards, places to properly wait without arousing suspicion, and to observe other potential issues, like if there are an inexplicable number of people loitering and scoping the condo, vans parked, etc, etc.
