As a customer if you are caught with pants down in a legal establishment then you are in for alot of trouble...I was told that a ktv boss immediately fired the gal caught having sex with client in the toilet...becos if raid then the boss are going to have alot of trouble...
Those NPK and illegal non sponsor are paying off the officials and that's why they dare to operate but for how long who can say...anyway when there is change of leaders in hcm then we shall see...
