CPF money is managed by GIC. Look at the 20 year annualised average return of GIC. CPF interest rates can reach 5% per year with an extra 1% given on the first $60k.
Makes you wonder how they have been paying 4% on Medisave and Special Account over the years when GIC are reporting lower numbers.
