I read that there are Antiretroviral Therapy available that suppresses HIV to be active, preventing transmission. But not sure if it's 100%? And what about the rest of STDs? And does it mean the girls ALREADY have HIV?

Theres a reason why immorality is forbidden. Humans have to bypass so much to prevent such a consequence. Condom is the best protection there is esp for married men. Play stupid games get stupid prize. Moral of the story? Dont risk the special.. i love my bros. Not worth the 0.000001% chance of HIV just for mere few minutes of pleasure
