You guys never heard of Shinjuku Okubo Park? It's like Geylang street walkers back during the good old days but instead of PRC, it's Japanese girls. Well, not all Japanese but pretty much 80%, most of which you can get raw and quite a few will go back and fuck for free as long as you provide food and a roof.
