Can the comments be trusted? Are they being controlled by the moderator to keep the good ones and delete the bad ones? If they can be trusted, why do we need this discussion here? Just curious.

Some MLs ask the customers write the review on the spot. That’s why you can see some of them have an incredibly number of reviews at their ad.
Poor reviews can be deleted by the webmaster, upon request by the ML
Hence, it’s hard to decipher which review is legit in the website
