You asked me, sorry I don't really know those charges cos I don't look at my HP bills. But I'm quite sure that compare to those of Sg (M1, Singtel n Starhub) it will be some slightly higher rates with Indo HP line for oversea SMS and calls.
Your sayang asking you for more $$$ to buy pulsa to SMS n call you???
