For Okubo Park, Girls standing at street with blue lights across street (outside love hotel Tomato) nearly always non-japanese. Usually Malay or Thai, once found from Australia as well. Closer to okubo park is genuine lady but closer to kabukicho is sometimes post-op so if not your thing i reckon avoid. Tho if you like post op there are hotter ones in yokohama I stumbled across when walking around before. I'll post details later if wanted.

Not really GFE, just business. Asking price for foreigner around 15k to 25k but can nego down by 5k if after 9pm/10pm as usually last customer by then. Hotel is around 3k to 7k. (I only try once too chicken to try again after police patrols)

Okubo park has random peak hours as well, usually new batches show up at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm. So if u want to walk around try around those times. Note that nearly all disappear after 12 as trains shut down after midnight and business isnt worth it for them then.
