Not sure. Both time I went there, I was led to the same room by xiaomei, which has the waterbed. I heard old uncle quote $100 for 30 min to some bros. Perhaps, I suspect, the waterbed service is only available if you select $200 for one hour, which is what I went for the 2 times I was there. And btw, old uncle did mention he is ok with PayNow, but he also told me he preferred cold hard cash.
