A long long time, before Formosa Hotel boss run road, there was an advertisement that their hotel on sale, on the web.
Today, another popular long-time hotel near to Formosa were also put on advertisement, hehehe.... 150 billion rupiah and negotiable. Any interest party?

If no interest parties (like the Formosa hotel previously), will the boss run road too?
This hotel belong to a group called Harmoni group, hehehe...Harmoni Hotel opposite Goodway already closed down (near NED). If this one closes too, the group will only be left with Harmoni One hotel near Batam Center, hehehe... will that closed down too? Time will tell....

Looks like good and popular 3 star hotels are finding it harder to survive in Batam over time.
Was browsing at which properties to buy (and can buy) in Batam and chanced upon the above advertisement.
