if you arrived at Batam center ferry terminal :
use the skybridge to mega mall. in mega mall you can book using gojek or grab without the threat from local taxi.

if you arrived at harbourbay ferry terminal :
just walk to Shu Guo Yin Xiang Batam near there have pickup location for grab or gojek.
