Some recent, last six months, experience to share.
This is during broad daylight in car parks I have found.
- 313 somerset car park: generally u just find a corner lot after you have past the lift lobby. The lists that are considered way to the back. Park with car facing forward, this allows u to see oncoming cars. Did this one before noon on weekdays.

- Odeon towers along Victoria Street. This is a basement carpark, has very high ceiling on one of the lowest basement carpark. Secluded and also park facing forward to allow strategic view.

- Orchard hotel and Claymore Connect : they share the same basement car park. Go recce and u will find some good slots. Good even for day time, better for night.
