Lol. But actually, it could be a good indicator.
Firstly, I am always very happy and proactive, and will initiate conversation and light flirting with the ML. If the ML is service oriented, has good work ethics and is good natured, she usually reciprocates. Thus sparking chemistry, and the session will naturally last longer and be more interesting.
If after I initiate and still ML doesn't respond and session becomes awkward, then it's a good sign for me that the ML isn't very service oriented. And I don't rtm.
Not cast in stone, but a good indicator nonetheless.
