of course, not jumping into any conclusions yet but just saying if one too many similar cases then the benefit of doubt is gone already.
but yeah, I get your point as well. because I really did try to refresh her memory on every details leading up to the payment and she still say she doesn't recall and remember clearly I didn't pay up... but it all ended with her saying, 'okay sorry.' so not sure if she finally remembered or just gave up arguing with me lol
