When we reached a plateau our points bound to crawl slowly becos many active nicks were actually actively posting but not upping twice so will not be able to up again for years...those who actively upped (we knew who) surely will be able to up within 1.5yrs...
The scammer modus perandi remained the same that is post less than 10 posts and disappeared...can be quite sure controlled by same person with same mentality...
Those you already upped and weeks/months later returned points to you then asked you to up back...those are just not keeping track of their user cp...just tell them already upped and cannot up again...
