There is a problem here: the number of
detected cases is the number of persons TESTED in hospital and found positive.
This number must be several times less than the real number of infections in countries with a service of public health (e.g., Europe), where people can call an ambulance or a doctor and get assistance without paying, imagine in such a country as Indonesia, where people has to PAY to see a doctor.
How could normal people even think to go to doctor, if they have to pay big money?? The same problem also affects USA, by the way. I am not sure about Singapore, as in Singapore very few are jobless.
Therefore, the virus must be silently spreading since a long time, in Batam and in other countries, as it did also in Europe before becoming so common to be noticed.
