Frankly speaking I have not been to 166 for many years as the VBs there are simply not my types & their charges kept going up exponentially
so I really do not know what is their current rates.
Now just for reference most asking rates for local lower tiers & korean-managed ones are still up to 2m/3m (ST/LT) or lower at 1.5m/2.5m (if those local type that do not even bother to renovate or upgrade their systems) but those local mid tier ones are already asking for 3m/4.5m (ST/LT), all already including their sitting tip/fee.
