Hmm...its not easy trying to find a restaurant that allows smoking inside Harbour Bay ferry terminal itself...
...i used to go to Excelso Restaurant for coffee (which can cost quite a bit) to kill time while i awaits my coming ferry...
...and my friends who just returned to Singapore tells me i could now go to Morning Bakery on the 2nd floor of the terminal, whereby they have an air-con siting area for smokers to dine in,hehehe...
...very innovative indeed and they deserve good business.
