I think not those long term/ dependent pass. Its work permit. . .especially in f&b restaurant. I think sg gov allow permit holder frm vn.
Those ktv ones are usually wp spass for artist, some 'fake' dependent/ long term pass and of cos the normal 30days social/ tourist
