In Ha Tien its very difficult to see money changer around but today i manage to change money from usd to viet dong at a small local bank.
Its from here by this river that one can take a 3.5hrs ferry ride at about 200,000 dong to the island of Phu Quoc and theres a big casino resort here which i read just opened in 2017.
