Was in HCM from 23rd dec -31st dec 2006. But only party 1 night with 3 of my bros.. as my ba xa joined me for the rest of my trip. Share some information that I know.

Hotel:
DaiNam Hotel not gal friendly, but we manage to play around the rules. We book an additional twin sharing room and registered it with 2 viet gals name. Whenever the guard asks, they just quote their room number. But actually 1 is with me and 1 is with my bro. Room rate is USD$35/night during the holiday season.

Cau Voan Hotel in district 5 is gal friendly. It is near An Dong Plaza. I stay 4 nights cost only USD$67. Many Taiwanese guys go there to match make.

Massage:
Next to Gossip Disco, 2nd floor. Entrance is VND$150,000.
Atmosphere is good. Gals are pretty. There is hot pool, cold pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, TV room, foot massage, body massage. Negative point is that the hot pool not hot.
Foot massage: VND$50,000 tips
Body massage: VND$200,000 tips
Body massage + hj: VND$400,000 tips.

KTV
Karaoke 79, across a sky bridge at 4th level of DaiNam Hotel. Same level as Castle KTV.
Damage: VND$900,000 for 3 hrs
Tips: VND$200,000 per gal, VND$100,000 for mummy
Not worth going to the ktvs. Girls are not that pretty..ok only. Negative point is that they are not wild at all. Only hug hug… kiss kiss oso siam, wanna press press also play ‘taiji’.
Check with the mummy to see if there is any ktv in HCM that is very wild, strip, hj+bj…
Answer given as NO…not in HCM city. Damn disappointed.

Very happening place. Plenty of pretty gals. If no communication problem, can easily hook up.. anyway the place is well know for FLs.
