like that no choice because it's their responsibility. but if they leave it to you to put your name down, and you write something incorrect , it's their fault cos they never check.
but then if you not happy need to give IC can always leave. nowadays if you go singtel or M1 need some service also need to enter your NRIC dunno for what fuck. I have not questioned them why they need our IC when we are there to make some enquiries. if there are some transactions involved by all means.
As for telphone num when visiting SPA, i reiterate , you don't have to give it to them. this is not required by the SPA from SPF. go google if you guys don't believe.
I dont see any reason to give them my contact num. giving ic is already very sensitive personal info.
