Seriously tho, taste in food is very subjective, many tastes tests have been conducted scientifically to prove that most so-called "connoisseurs" or purveyors of fine food are actually swayed by their own perceptions more than their own actual skills or preferences e.g. the infamous wine tasting blind test and the placebo tests already proven these so-called connoisseurs are just like you & me
similarly to those so-called fine art purveyors looking at a piece of trash that looks like it was painted by a 3 year old but exclaiming how exquisite it is as long as it is painted by a famous artist
