Yes. I have visited 1Society. Its a friendly spot.

Take train and stop at Phrom Phong. Walk into Soi Sukhumvit 39... then walk towards Le Cullinan (use map for Phrom Chai Alley). The SPA is next to some Japanese karaoke. Go up i think 3rd Floor.
