Bro, this reply of yours really helps! I appreciate it lots. Okay i will try to get our booklet translated to english. But when u say relevant authorities, do u mean the Singapore embassy in China itself or do i bring it back and translate and endorse it at the China embassy in Singapore before bringing it to ICA?
Cause the translation part is tricky, which relevant authorithy am i able to bring it to endorse/translate and also notarise. I prefer to do it here in Singapore when i bring the booklets back becos it is more accessible here. Pls advise. Thanks!
