Same with me too. He didn't reply at all. TRL guy has an attitude I guess. OKT, try to understand that mongers are also consumers, they will ask all sorts of questions to clarify to get right ones or what they prefer. As a service provider you are bound to clarify those doubts. Don't get irritated. So far DH and BG okts are superb in service. They has lots of patience and never shun anyone.
