Vienna Restaurant offers free breakfast if the room you ordered comes with it.
Otherwise Tea Story restaurant can still be a pretty good choice too,if you dont wish to walk too far out.

Yea i have no idea why mine dones not have the 10-11% thingy and mine does not includes breakfast, as normally i will just walk around the area to grab light breakfast as i wake up late. I went to get those delicious curry puff that you recommended before! Really was delicious
