Bro for ur info as individual foreign cannot own free hold landed property in Btm, with company name YES. U only lease the landed property fm the developers or property owner. Base on a 10yrs + 10yrs + 10yrs ( for 30yrs if enough kopi was bought ) leasing contract print out in bahasa indo, which u hv to pay to legal adviser to translate into what ever language u understand.
