TS didn't mention if he is a guy or lady...
I think it is easier for guys to lose weight than girls..
I am also trying to lose some weight..
I do this through diet and exercise..
I will still take breakfast.. 2 slice of bread n milo
For lunch, I will skip rice / noodle etc
And take soup base food.. when I feel hungry I will supplement with some bread.
Dinner is normal dinner..
I try to run every 2 to 3 days..
Do some push-ups and sit-ups everyday...
From August till now I lose about 5 kg..
It would have been better if in between I didn't pig out..
You must be very motivated or else you will not succeed..
And you should start slow..
I was too eager thus.. I injured my leg.
Now I got to cut back on the running..
Know the reason why you want to slim down and you will always feel motivated..
By the way I am 71.8 kg this morning..
I am a guy...
