That's what a friends of mine lives in btm did. HDB flat is his milk cow.
He do monthly turn a around to collect rental and return to btm.

TOB = 5k
Total 43k
+10% 4.3k
TOtal. 47.3k
Pls note the small size MTB is good for 2 of us.
