A friend of mine changed in the morning at 9850/SGD (before 11am) and about an hour plus later,i went to ask again,it becomes 9860/SGD.
I am talking all about the same shop. 
May those in Batam have a good time,its drizzling in Batam as i type,about an hour ago was heavy downpour. Remember to bargain...weather is in favor to most shopping tourists.
