Agreed with you.The rate on Yahoo finance was a little above 9930/SGD few hours before i arrived to Batam. I was keeping my finger crossed when i arrived in Batam. But apparently,the best rate yesterday from money changer was 9860/SGD (a friend got that),and i got 9850/SGD.
Today,i believe the best would be 9830/SGD...
if there is anyone got more than 9830/SGD,please do share.
The amount i stated was when base on exchange between S$300 to S$1050. Info collect between myself and friends. Batam center also can get 9850/SGD yesterday evening after sunset.
