If they really want to check, delete from the phone is useless one la. Don't u know all these r recorded in the server. But photo can be deleted unless the phone cannot be found, if not the photo will still be able to recover even it was deleted. Technology is real scary
Still think the daughter will confirm go jail if it is reported, other than that, can't think of anyone breaking any law yet.
