I was told it was opened at about, say around 330pm Singapore time tho. Maybe its their 1st day,they only open for a few hours like many other Chinese shops did during CNY (a Chinese culture during CNY).
If its my usual money changer shop,i would have expect a 9470/SGD to 9480/SGD,hehehe...
