Just arrived at Batam Centre 30mins ago.

Texted my regular moneychanger at Nagoya (around noon time) and he could only offer me 9320 as he said it was still CNY and rates are not good.

Decided to try my luck at the moneychanger in the ferry terminal. The signboard was showing 9100 but they opened with an offer of 9250. I managed to coerce them to give me a decent rate of 9350 because I changed SGD2k.
