Bro I strongly suggest you meet me and take her to a hotel and do your deed.
Entering the house when the owner is not around and the maid is still there is still called tresspassing and chargable under the law. There might be cameras and also if its private the condo guards or even neighbours can report to the owner when he is back. Not worth it to save a couple of bucks.
