haha.. no la. the electronic glass door is powered by electricity to pass thorugh current to magnetize the magnet to lock the door. if there is electricity failure, the magnet won't be magnetized and thus the door won't lock. so can easily open the glass door. if there is back up battery thus the glass door will still be locked but it also means that you can still press the release button (because the battery will still provide electricity) to open the door. all in all, you can still get out of the place.
unless the electricity still there but the program circuit gone haywire then you must be a damn lucky guy...
