Sadly if you want a shemale (at least a good looking one). Johor is a wasteland. Orchard Towers at Singapore is a hundred times better, better still of course Bangkok!
But if you must, go down by Danga Mall, head up the road towards Courts (past all the motor bike service places) and just before Courts on the left you will find LB's. I've never been with any from there as the area never looks that safe.
