You reminded me of what bro Pigletdidi says before,to treat them more like a friend,a companion of the hours they spent with me (which usually is more than half a day). And in my own words,i would treat them like a social escort i booked in Singapore for S$1.5k+ a night. I am sure nobody will likely be treating those higher-end class social escort badly becos if you do,they will also run.
Having said to treat them well,i would still draw a borderline of not allowing them to climb over my head. The keyword should be "Respect".

My tipping most time is around 100k to 150k. 200k were almost non-existence unless their service level is truly top-notch. Even my last girl who finished up more than my 12s CD box gets 300k for the 3D2N,hehehe...and she continues to provide the nearly as good level of service for my 2D1N rtf too.
It is way much easier to tip more than to tip lesser in Batam.
