Like the previous bro shared, it's near Pacific Hotel. If u stand facing Pacific Hotel, turn left and walk about 100m; you should see a big signboard that read Atalanta Massage. At that sign, turn right, walk into the small lane and voila.

I don't know about the current massage prices cos haven't stepped foot in there for more than 2 years. Like NoNo had mentioned, it is one of the more expensive places in batam; the special packages are negotiated with the gals directly, it's not inclusive in the massage price.

Won't be surprised if they quote u FJ at 600-800k; pls bargain.
